Attire: business casual or full uniform

Pretest: The pretest must be completed online before the first day of class, the results of this test are emailed directly to the coordinator.

For completion certificates, you must complete the entire 2 day course and pass the final exam.

Books and pretests must be picked up or arranged to be in your possession by no later than the Friday before the course.
