Attire: business casual or full uniform

Pretest: The pretest must be completed and brought with you to the first day of class.

For completion certificates, you must complete the entire 2 day course and pass the final exam.

Books and pretests must be picked up or arranged to be in your possession by no later than the Friday before the course.
